Methods of Customisation
Embroidery
Ideal for company logo’s and workwear. A well embroidered design oozes quality and makes a bold statement. Designs need to be digitised to a machine format format and can then be applied to any garment.
DTG
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is best suited to full colour, small to medium print runs or “on demand” use for T shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and many more products. Almost all commercial clothing is created this way these days.
Screen Print
For large volume orders where only a few colours are required. Almost all items of clothing can be screen printed and is typically used to supply 1000’s of units. Puff and glow in the dark inks can be used with this process to create unique and bespoke designs.
Vinyl
A classic method of apparel decoration prior to DTG. Typically used for logo’s on sports wear and breathable fabrics that are more difficult to customise with other methods. The process involves heat pressing a thin vinyl transfer directly to the garment.
Sublimation
A process via ink evaporation on to a polyester substrate. Sublimation is used for a lagre amount of full colour merch products. Mugs, phone cases, keyrings, cushions are all created with this method.
